In December 2009 Diamond Road Arabians were lucky enough to have famed photographer Scott Trees visit the farm to photograph a number of our horses. The horses all behaved beautifully, in no small part due to the cool and calm atmosphere that having Scott at the helm ensures. Ray of Light was awarded Reserve Champion Part Arabian Colt 3&4 Years at Australia's biggest show, the Australian National Arabian Championships.

US judge Cindy Reich was moved to write in her report for the Arabian Horse News "Another standout stallion was the striking cremello Partbred Stallion, Ray of Light. I was particularly taken by this stallion's outstanding balance, length and squareness of hip and croup and extreme type. Combined with his sensational cremello color he was simply a delight to watch."

Prepared to perfection by Ben and Myra Kelly, Ray of Light showed beautifully and we are very grateful for all of the offers of congratulations. Photo by Derek O'Leary.

Wild Honey is out of Zilarah Park Nahbu, a mare leased by us from Heather. Heather had always wanted a filly of thsi breeding so we are extremely glad to present her with this gift, and we will now await Nahbu's next foal by Ray of Light.
